Build Something New

A pond, waterfall or fountain designed for your yard — sized to the space, the grade and how close you'll be sitting to it.

Fix What You Already Have

Ponds that leak, edges that have collapsed, waterfalls that barely trickle, water that won't clear up. Most of it is repairable.

Keep It Running

Cleanouts, spring startup, fall shutdown, pump troubleshooting, filtration and aeration.

Pond Renovation

Your Pond May Not Need to Be Replaced. It May Need the Right Plan.

Before anyone talks about starting over, we come out and look at what's already in the ground: the liner, the plumbing, the pump, how the water actually moves and how the stone was set. Then we sort it into what can be reused, repaired, cleaned, reconfigured, upgraded or redesigned.

Often the pond itself is sound and the problem is a pump that was undersized from day one, a waterfall leaking behind the rock, or edges that have settled and let water escape.

Services

Built around ponds, waterfalls and fountains

Ponds & Pond Renovations

For a new pond, we plan the shape, depth, circulation and stonework together. For an existing pond, we trace leaks, cloudy water, failing edges and equipment problems before deciding what should be repaired, replaced or rebuilt.

Waterfalls & Pondless Waterfalls

We build new streams and pondless waterfalls, and correct falls that have shifted, lost flow or started sending water behind the stone. The work starts with the water path, pump and elevation—not just the rock you can see.

Landscape Fountains

We install bubbling rocks, basalt columns, urns and spillway bowls with the basin, pump, plumbing and surrounding stone they need. We also help place the feature where it can be seen, heard and serviced.

Water Feature Upgrades

A pond that stays cloudy or a waterfall that barely moves may need better circulation—not a complete rebuild. We inspect the pump, plumbing, filtration, aeration, basin and rockwork, then correct the parts holding the feature back.

Maintenance

We clean out built-up debris, start ponds and fountains in spring, shut them down for winter and troubleshoot pumps or water clarity when a feature stops working as it should.

Drainage, Grading & Stonework

Water problems often begin outside the pond. We address grading, runoff and drainage, then use natural stone, retaining walls and planting beds to settle the finished feature into the yard.

Why Earthworks

What you get from a water feature specialist

Water features are the whole job

Ponds, waterfalls and fountains are what this company does — not an add-on to a mowing route.

We handle the equipment side

Pumps, plumbing, basins, filtration and aeration. Knowing how the system runs is half of building one that lasts.

Diagnosis before demolition

A leak, poor circulation or an undersized pump each look the same from the patio. We find the actual cause first.

Stone set the way water moves

Rock placement, edge treatment and grading are what make a feature look like it was always there.

New builds and old features both

We're just as comfortable renovating a twenty-year-old pond as digging a new one.

You talk to the person doing the work

The consultation is with the people who will be on your property, not a salesperson passing along notes.

How It Works

From first photo to finished feature

  1. 01

    Send Details & Photos

Tell us what you have or what you'd like to build. Photos of the space answer half the questions up front.

  2. 02

    Talk It Through

We go over the property, what's causing the problem or what's possible, and a realistic budget range.

  3. 03

    Scope & Estimate

You get a written scope of work — what gets reused, what gets replaced and what it costs.

  4. 04

    Build It

We do the excavation, plumbing, stone and planting, and show you how to run the feature when it's done.
